Finance departmentThe finance department in a company of about 30 to 150 people takes in invoices, codes and posts them, and pulls the monthly report together. Fjellhøy sets up an AI assistant, the same kind of agent described elsewhere on this site, that works alongside the ERP you already use. It prepares suggestions. You or your accountant approve before anything is sent.
The assistant gathers what has come in, and suggests a match against an order, an agreement or an earlier invoice from the same supplier.
It suggests the account, the VAT code and the department from the way similar vouchers were coded before. The suggestion waits for the person who should say yes.
The assistant drafts a report you can read: what is missing, and what needs a note. It does not go any further until you have approved it.
The assistant does not replace Xledger, Business Central, Tripletex or Visma. The books stay in the system you have. Fjellhøy does not offer a certified integration, a partnership or a ready-made connector for any of them. We set the assistant up in accounts your company owns, and shape it around the routines you describe in the first conversation. What you get are suggestions: coding, matching, exceptions and a draft monthly report. The suggestion is ready, and you or your accountant approve before anything is sent. The point is control.
We go through invoice intake, coding and the monthly report, and which of the systems you use today.
The assistant is set up in accounts you own. We agree what it may see, and what it may only suggest.
You or your accountant approve before anything is sent. Without that yes, nothing happens.
Every suggestion and every yes is logged. Access can be taken back. Read Security Questions and GDPR and the data processing agreement. A data processing agreement is signed before we start.
