Andreas Berthelsen · managing director, Fjellhøy AS

I set up the AI agents that become your personal assistant. They follow up customers and invoices, keep an eye on the money and the deadlines, draft marketing and websites, and watch the competition. You approve before anything goes out. For small businesses, sole proprietorships and boards.

Less routine work

The work you can stop doing

The dull, repeating jobs that eat the day. The assistant does the prep. You make the decisions.

The replies are drafted. You just press send

Written in your voice. You read them before they go.

Invoices are checked against last time's price before you approve

Anything off, including a price rise, is flagged before you pay.

Automating invoice handling

Deadlines are caught before they pass

The reminder comes in time, and the payment reminder is ready for your yes.

The quote and the minutes already have a first draft

You don't start from a blank page.

You hear when something matters. Otherwise it stays quiet

The assistant only taps you when something needs you.

Book a call

A small team of assistants, working while you sleep

Each one looks after its own area, stays on it, and only speaks up when something needs you.

A working day for a managing director

Invoices are checked against the bank and the books, then set out for you. You press approve. The VAT return is prepared and followed up. Email is moved and documents are filed without you touching anything technical. The morning brief contains only what needs you.

A working day for the board

Every invoice is compared with earlier ones from the same supplier, and you get a recommendation before you approve. Enquiries and deadlines are followed up, and the papers for the board meeting are prepared.

The managing director and the board come from my own setup.

Example

A working day for a tradesperson and a sole proprietorship

Finds likely customers, checks them in the Brønnøysund Register, and drafts a first approach

I use this myself

Customer service

Drafts replies to everyday questions, and flags it when a customer has waited too long

I use this myself

In plain terms

What is an AI agent?

An AI agent is a digital colleague that uses artificial intelligence to do the work, not only answer questions. The personal assistant I set up for you is that kind of agent. It works in three simple steps:

  1. 1 · Reads

It only sees what you have chosen to share, for example email, calendar and invoices.

  2. 2 · Thinks

It works out what is urgent, compares it with what has happened before, and suggests the next step.

  3. 3 · Does

It sorts, drafts and reminds you of deadlines. Nothing is sent until you say yes.

You're the boss. The agent does the prep.

No need to take sides in the AI race

You are not locked to one AI brand. The platform the assistant runs on picks the model, and it can change that model over time. You don't have to follow any of that, and you don't have to take a side.

You're in control, the whole time

Security first

Security matters more than anything else I set up. Here is what you can count on: plain language, and no promise I can't keep.

  • You choose what it can see

The agent only reaches the accounts you connect, and you can disconnect them whenever you like.

  • Nothing goes out without your yes

Email, payments and deletions always wait for your yes. You see the suggestion first.

  • Your own separate account

The vendor's documentation says each customer gets their own account, on a separate machine. One user cannot reach another user's machine.

  • Your password stays yours

You sign in, enter one-time codes and make payments yourself. The agent never types your password.

  • You can see what it's doing

Every suggestion is shown before anything happens, and you get regular summaries of what the agent has done.

  • We go through it when you start

At the start we go through access and privacy together, including where the data is processed.

Three simple steps

How it works

  1. 1

    A 20-minute call

A free, no-pressure call about your day, and which jobs take the most time.

  2. 2

Set up in a few hours

I set the assistant up on your email, calendar and invoicing, and show you how to use it on your own work.

  3. 3

You approve. The assistant does the prep

It sorts, checks and drafts. You look it over and say yes. Ready to use as soon as setup is finished.

Who it is for

For people who still do most of it themselves

Small businesses and sole proprietorships

Tradespeople, consultants and shop owners who would rather spend the day on customers and the work, not the inbox.

  • Draft replies to customers
  • Invoice checks and reminders
  • Quotes in minutes, not hours

Boards of condominiums, housing co-ops and associations

Board members who do important work in their spare time, and who deserve less hassle and a clearer picture.

  • Sorting the board email
  • Draft replies to residents and members
  • Deadlines, the agenda and the minutes

Questions and answers

Frequently asked questions

Can't find the answer? Call +47 416 00 048, or email andreas@fjellhoy.com.

What do I need?

The email and calendar you already use, and a few hours for setup. You don't need a technical background. I set it up and show you how to use it on your own work.

Do I need to be good with technology?

No. I handle the technical side. You only say yes or no to what it suggests.

How does getting started work?

We start with a free call. Then we set the assistant up together, and you approve the access yourself.

Can I see what the assistant can do for my industry?

Yes. Under Your example you pick a type and an industry, and you see a sample setup before we talk.

Is an AI agent the same as ChatGPT?

No. ChatGPT answers when you ask. An AI agent is set up to work inside your own tools, such as email, calendar and invoices, and to do the regular jobs for you. You approve each one.

Can the assistant send email or pay without me?

No. Anything that is sent, paid or deleted needs your yes.

What can the agent NOT do?

It only sees the accounts you have connected. It does not log in, and it does not type passwords or payment details for you. You do that yourself. It makes no decisions on your behalf, and it does not replace an accountant or a lawyer. It does the prep. You decide.

What does the AI platform itself cost?

The agent subscription sits on top of my prices, and is paid directly to the vendor with your own card. I only invoice setup and follow-up. We go through the subscription price on the free call. The cost drivers, and the vendors' published list prices, are in What an AI agent costs a small business in 2026.

Can I call you?

Yes. Call +47 416 00 048.

Providers

The market right now

There are several large providers of AI assistants and agents, and they change quickly. Here is a short, neutral look at five of the largest, as the market stands in October 2026. The order is alphabetical. I am not a partner or a reseller for any of them. I help you choose the one that fits, and set it up, whichever vendor it is.

Anthropic

Claude

Claude can connect to email, calendar and documents, and take on recurring tasks on its own.

Google

Gemini

Gemini sits inside Google Workspace, and can run regular routines.

Meta

Meta AI and Business Agent

Meta Business Agent can reply on WhatsApp and Instagram, then hand the conversation to you.

Microsoft

Copilot

Copilot sits inside Microsoft 365, and you can build your own agents for recurring tasks.

OpenAI

ChatGPT

ChatGPT can plan and finish tasks on its own, and it asks you when it needs a yes.

This is the market as it stands now, not a list of partnerships. Fjellhøy AS is independent. All names belong to the respective companies. Last updated October 2026.
