Ever wished you had a PA?
Andreas Berthelsen · managing director, Fjellhøy AS
I set up the AI agents that become your personal assistant. They follow up customers and invoices, keep an eye on the money and the deadlines, draft marketing and websites, and watch the competition. You approve before anything goes out. For small businesses, sole proprietorships and boards.
The dull, repeating jobs that eat the day. The assistant does the prep. You make the decisions.
What matters sits at the top. The rest has been cleared away.
Written in your voice. You read them before they go.
Anything off, including a price rise, is flagged before you pay.
The reminder comes in time, and the payment reminder is ready for your yes.
You don't start from a blank page.
The assistant only taps you when something needs you.
Book a callEach one looks after its own area, stays on it, and only speaks up when something needs you.
Invoices are checked against the bank and the books, then set out for you. You press approve. The VAT return is prepared and followed up. Email is moved and documents are filed without you touching anything technical. The morning brief contains only what needs you.
Every invoice is compared with earlier ones from the same supplier, and you get a recommendation before you approve. Enquiries and deadlines are followed up, and the papers for the board meeting are prepared.
The managing director and the board come from my own setup.
Quotes get written, customers get a follow-up, payment reminders stay as drafts, and the calendar stays easy to read.
The assistant can also:
Finds likely customers, checks them in the Brønnøysund Register, and drafts a first approach
I use this myselfDrafts replies to everyday questions, and flags it when a customer has waited too long
I use this myselfWatches prices, tenders and news
Weekly key figures, with charts
Agendas, minutes and follow-up
Job ads, sorting applications, and interview prep
Quotes, draft contracts and presentations
Draft posts, and a simple overview
Pick what fits, and you'll see an example setup before we talk.
An example. We shape the real setup around you on a free call.

An AI agent is a digital colleague that uses artificial intelligence to do the work, not only answer questions. The personal assistant I set up for you is that kind of agent. It works in three simple steps:
It only sees what you have chosen to share, for example email, calendar and invoices.
It works out what is urgent, compares it with what has happened before, and suggests the next step.
It sorts, drafts and reminds you of deadlines. Nothing is sent until you say yes.
You're the boss. The agent does the prep.
You are not locked to one AI brand. The platform the assistant runs on picks the model, and it can change that model over time. You don't have to follow any of that, and you don't have to take a side.
Security matters more than anything else I set up. Here is what you can count on: plain language, and no promise I can't keep.
The agent only reaches the accounts you connect, and you can disconnect them whenever you like.
Email, payments and deletions always wait for your yes. You see the suggestion first.
The vendor's documentation says each customer gets their own account, on a separate machine. One user cannot reach another user's machine.
You sign in, enter one-time codes and make payments yourself. The agent never types your password.
Every suggestion is shown before anything happens, and you get regular summaries of what the agent has done.
At the start we go through access and privacy together, including where the data is processed.
A free, no-pressure call about your day, and which jobs take the most time.
I set the assistant up on your email, calendar and invoicing, and show you how to use it on your own work.
It sorts, checks and drafts. You look it over and say yes. Ready to use as soon as setup is finished.
Tradespeople, consultants and shop owners who would rather spend the day on customers and the work, not the inbox.
Board members who do important work in their spare time, and who deserve less hassle and a clearer picture.

The email and calendar you already use, and a few hours for setup. You don't need a technical background. I set it up and show you how to use it on your own work.
No. I handle the technical side. You only say yes or no to what it suggests.
We start with a free call. Then we set the assistant up together, and you approve the access yourself.
Yes. Under Your example you pick a type and an industry, and you see a sample setup before we talk.
No. ChatGPT answers when you ask. An AI agent is set up to work inside your own tools, such as email, calendar and invoices, and to do the regular jobs for you. You approve each one.
No. Anything that is sent, paid or deleted needs your yes.
It only sees the accounts you have connected. It does not log in, and it does not type passwords or payment details for you. You do that yourself. It makes no decisions on your behalf, and it does not replace an accountant or a lawyer. It does the prep. You decide.
The agent subscription sits on top of my prices, and is paid directly to the vendor with your own card. I only invoice setup and follow-up. We go through the subscription price on the free call. There are several large providers of AI assistants and agents, and they change quickly. Here is a short, neutral look at five of the largest, as the market stands in October 2026. The order is alphabetical. I am not a partner or a reseller for any of them. I help you choose the one that fits, and set it up, whichever vendor it is.
Claude
Claude can connect to email, calendar and documents, and take on recurring tasks on its own.
Gemini
Gemini sits inside Google Workspace, and can run regular routines.
Meta AI and Business Agent
Meta Business Agent can reply on WhatsApp and Instagram, then hand the conversation to you.
Copilot
Copilot sits inside Microsoft 365, and you can build your own agents for recurring tasks.
ChatGPT
ChatGPT can plan and finish tasks on its own, and it asks you when it needs a yes.
This is the market as it stands now, not a list of partnerships. Fjellhøy AS is independent. All names belong to the respective companies. Last updated October 2026.
