Who is responsible
The controller is Fjellhøy AS, Sole allé 65, 1540 Vestby. Org. no. 936 970 583. Email: andreas@fjellhoy.com.
The website
fjellhoy.com is a static site, published on GitHub Pages. There is no form that stores information with us. The choices in the example on the home page stay in your browser. They are not sent to us.
When you open the site, your browser fetches the files from GitHub Pages. GitHub then receives the ordinary connection data for the request, such as IP address, time and which page was requested. Fjellhøy does not run its own server and does not keep a visit log of its own. The legal basis is legitimate interest in publishing the site, GDPR Article 6(1)(f).
The site loads the typefaces Inter and Fraunces from Google (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com). Your browser therefore contacts Google, which can see technical data that comes with the request, including IP address and browser type. The code on fjellhoy.com sets no cookies. The legal basis is legitimate interest in showing the site with the chosen typefaces, GDPR Article 6(1)(f). We do not decide how long Google keeps the request.
The “Book a call” button goes to the contact section, where the phone number and email address are shown. The email links open your mail program with a message to andreas@fjellhoy.com. Nothing is sent until you send the email yourself. The phone links do not dial by themselves.
We do not sell personal data. The site has no analytics or marketing tools.
When you email andreas@fjellhoy.com, we receive your address and what you write. The message sits in Google Workspace. We use it to reply to you, and to prepare a setup if you ask for one.
The legal basis is GDPR Article 6(1)(b) when the enquiry is a step towards an agreement you are asking for, and (f) when we answer other questions. Email enquiries that do not become a customer relationship are deleted within 12 months of the last contact. Invoices and accounting records are kept for five years under the Norwegian Bookkeeping Act.
A setup in your accounts
When Fjellhøy sets up an AI agent for you, it happens in your own accounts. Your information is processed by the agent provider you choose, under your own agreement with that provider. Fjellhøy does not copy or store your email or documents beyond what the setup requires. Access is removed when the setup is finished.
The legal basis is GDPR Article 6(1)(b), because the processing is needed to deliver the setup you have asked for.
Customer information
When you become a customer, we record name, contact details, company details and notes about needs, setup and agreements in a customer register (CRM). We do this so we can deliver and follow up the service.
The legal basis is contract, GDPR Article 6(1)(b), and legitimate interest in following up the customer relationship, (f). The information is stored for as long as the customer relationship lasts, and is deleted within 12 months of it ending. Invoices and accounting records are kept for five years under the Norwegian Bookkeeping Act.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, erasure, restriction and data portability, and you can object to processing that is based on legitimate interest. Send an email to andreas@fjellhoy.com.
You can also complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority: datatilsynet.no.
