SecuritySecurity at Fjellhøy is about staying in control. You can see what was suggested, who said yes, and you can take the access back. We do not promise a certification we do not have. A shorter version is also on the home page.
Every suggestion the assistant makes, and every yes or no from a person, is logged.
You own the accounts. The assistant gets the least access the task needs, and you can revoke it.
That is settled for each customer and written into the data processing agreement. We do not name a data centre here.
The assistant prepares. It does not post, send or delete anything until a person has approved it.
Every suggestion the assistant makes, and every yes or no from a person, is logged. The log shows what was suggested, who approved it, and what was left in place. It is there so the finance department, or whoever you name, can go back and see what happened. The log is not a certificate, and it is not a guarantee.
The assistant gets the least access the task needs, and only for the period you have agreed to. You own the accounts. Fjellhøy does not. You can revoke the access whenever you want. Access is removed when setup is finished, or when the follow-up ends.
Fjellhøy does not ask to keep access after the work is done. You sign in and enter one-time codes yourselves, as the short version on the home page also says.
We do not name a data centre on this page, and we do not point to a certification. Where data is stored and processed is settled for each customer and written into the data processing agreement.
The setup happens in the accounts you already use. The provider you choose for the assistant itself processes information under the agreement you have with that provider. Fjellhøy does not copy email or documents beyond what the setup requires.
The assistant prepares. It does not post, send or delete anything until a person has said yes. That includes a draft monthly report, a reminder, and anything else that would leave the company. Without that yes, nothing happens.
A data processing agreement is signed before we start. The text of the agreement is not a file on the website. GDPR and the data processing agreement describes the frame: setup in your own accounts, approval before anything is sent, and a signature before we start. The full privacy notice is on Privacy.
The agreement is not a certification, and it is not a legal guarantee. The GDPR page says the same.

For the finance department: invoice intake, prepared vouchers and a monthly report – you or your accountant approve for companies using Xledger, Business Central, Tripletex or Visma. The short version of security is on the home page.
